Loft 

30 max cocktail style service/28 Max seated/18 Max classroom style seating | Our Loft offers spacious seating over looking our fire place. This area is great for company meetings, showers, rehearsal dinners, seminars and surprise birthday parties.

Lounge

Max. 40 people | Our Full Lounge includes full access to the West Lounge (photos above), a private bar with spacious seating, plus room for mingling or sitting down for dinner. Perfect for company social hours, surprise birthday parties, seminars, open discussions, business causal dinners… perfect for any social gathering.

Additional Details

• Monday-Thursday: Limited menu for groups of 15 or more

• Friday-Saturday: Buffet-style only

• Food & Beverage Carry-Ins | All food and beverage must be purchased and prepared through Copper State.
  The only exception is special-occasion cakes; a cake-cutting fee of $20 will be applied. No other carry ins are allowed. All beverages must be consumed premises. The exception is wine, which can be corked and bagged before leaving, and crowler/growler fills. Food from no-shows cannot be boxed and taken home.

• Tax & Gratuity | A 18% gratuity, 4% service fee and 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax are added to all events.

• Media | We welcome your video presentations, microphones, and/or P.A. systems. There is a $25 fee if any Copper State media is used with the prior written consent from Copper State management.

• Entertainment | No entertainment of any kind will be permitted without the prior written consent
  from Copper State management. This includes, but is not limited to, DJs, live bands, comedians.

• Decorations | Decorations must be approved by Copper State management and conform to fire and safety codes. The Client is responsible for all decoration cleanup before leaving. Confetti and glitter are not permitted, a $200 cleanup fee will be incurred. Ice sculptures are permitted but any water damage will incur a $200 cleanup fee.

• Parking | Parking is available in the Copper State lot. Additional parking is available in the downtown area. Tolls or fees may apply. Copper state is not responsible for damage to or theft of automobiles, or their contents, while parked in the lot.

• Cancellations | Any event cancelled 10 days prior to the scheduled day forfeits the deposit. Call in advance to cancel, (920) 489-8575.
